Making her debut as the host of the new season of Biolab Cast, Biolab Farmacêutica's podcast, journalist, writer and speaker Daiana Garbin will talk to renowned professionals about how to encourage people to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

"I'm very happy to be taking part in this project, because I believe that the best way to combat misinformation in health is by producing quality, serious and responsible content. Our mission is to bring reliable information to the public, with the participation of specialists, to help people take better care of their own health and that of their families," says Daiana.

In its first year, the podcast reached 2.3 million views. "This initiative has everything to do with our business. Bringing quality of life and well-being to the population has always been one of our pillars. With Biolab Cast, we contribute to educating people and increasing their knowledge about an essential topic: health in its various forms. Daiana's influence and credibility will be key to amplifying this message," says Tatiana Marques, Biolab's Corporate Communications and Sustainability Director.

After the success of the first season, Biolab Cast prioritizes topics that are part of the population's routine. Already available on all streaming platforms, the first episode addresses "The exaggerations of everyday life and how they impact our health", with the participation of dermatologist Dr. Tatiana Gabbi and endocrinologist Dr. Carolina Khalil.

During the episode, Daiana Garbin shares her personal experience and the challenges of understanding the signs of hunger and satiety - a process that only became clear after seeking professional help from a psychologist and nutritionist. "For many years, I had a very difficult relationship with food. I restricted myself so much that, at a certain point, I ended up overdoing it and eating far more than I needed to," she reveals.
