Biolab Farmacêutica is a finalist for the Reclame AQUI 2025 Award

One of the country's leading pharmaceutical companies, Biolab is among the nominees for the Reclame AQUI 2025 Award, in the Pharmaceuticals - Large Operations category. Voting takes place between September 1st and November 7th, recognizing the companies that stand out the most in their relationship with consumers.

The nomination reflects a year marked by significant advances in customer service. In June, the company won the RA1000 Seal, which highlights those with the best satisfaction rates. To achieve this recognition, the pharmaceutical company adopted a strategy of personalization and proximity to the customer, and with this it surpassed criteria such as a response and solution index above 90%, an average rating above 7 and a trust index (would do business again) greater than 70%.

"We have undergone a real transformation in our customer service, which is reflected in concrete results: our rating on Reclame AQUI has grown by two points in a year. This progress is the merit of the entire team, which works daily to offer an increasingly better experience to our consumers," says Fabio Amorosino, Biolab's CEO.
