BRIEF DESCRIPTION/INDICATION
EMBO® (apixaban) 5mg with 60 tablets is indicated for the prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients who have undergone hip or knee arthroplasty, as well as for the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with arrhythmia of the heart. EMBO® can also be used to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
